THE OBJECTIVE
Create a distinctive digital presence for a specialist architectural CGI and development website business. The website needed to communicate its services clearly to residential developers, showcase the quality of its visual work and generate relevant project enquiries.
THE WORK
- Multi-page website design and development.
- Homepage with strong visual presentation and clear service positioning.
- Dedicated architectural CGI and development website service pages.
- Portfolio and project presentation sections.
- Responsive desktop and mobile layouts.
- Enquiry forms and clear calls to action.
- Consistent typography, imagery and visual styling.
THE APPROACH
A bold, architectural design language with oversized typography, strong contrast and immersive visuals. The design reflects the residential development industry while positioning SCHEME as a specialist creative supplier rather than an estate agency or property marketing company.
