When you submit an enquiry or project questionnaire, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), business details and the content of your message.

We do not buy or harvest personal data from third parties, and this site does not run advertising trackers.

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a written quote, deliver the work you have commissioned, and — only if you have opted in — send occasional studio updates.

We will never sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Marketing emails are sent only with your explicit opt-in consent.

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, after which they are deleted. Records are stored securely and are not shared with third parties.

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact hello@stroodstudios.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
